Our Founder

Jennifer Saunders is the founder and head chef of Meat & Vegetables Trading Company. She started this company to use her talents and serve her community. Learning how to cook by making meals for her family and working in small kitchens. Her passioin is to bring people together through healthy comfort foods. Most of her menu is meals she cooked for her family when they used food stamps, with a healthy twist.
